“After completion of home inspection school, I originally chose a different company to do my parallels through. At the rate they were giving me inspections it felt like it would take forever to complete the process. I found Ric and what a difference that made in the process. I consider my crippling fear of snakes to be a very healthy and important ingredient for my continued breathing in and out, heart pumping and all the living and enjoying I, well, enjoy. MOST importantly he's just a really good guy. The fact that he happens to enjoy actually LOOKING for snakes, well, nobody's perfect. I ended up doing 54 parallel inspections as 24 of my initial 30 were done with an inspector that had lost his credentials to parallel teach, but did anyway, wasting two months of my time and money. It was after that debacle when I was recommended Ric. When I am ready to hire, Ric will train my people.”
